I dont find it as funny as some others seem too!!

I broke one of my front teeth in half last night while biting on a nail!!!  Ok so I should stop biting my nails but alas this tooth was obviously on its way out.

I then had to sit there and give grumpy looks and a strong warning message to DJD to not laugh at me, as I sat there in my misery of looking like a freak! He resisted for all of about 5 minutes from laughing and then to make it worse the piece that has broken off just slides back into place very nicely but wont stay there of course and while I was grumbling at him about my lot in life the tooth part came flying out of my mouth!!!  I have never heard him laugh so much or with that tone of laughter before and he was nearly wetting himself!!  I shall have my revenge one day when he least expects it.

So off to the emergency dentist tomorrow (sat) to get it fixed temporarily unitl I can get to my very own dentist. I hate dentist which explains. why I have such bad teeth and they keep breaking on me :(( I am but a fool too myself!

Mum arrives mid afternoon on Saturday as well, so hopefully will be able to smile at her when she arrives! Will be good to see the ‘old trout’ and she will help me I am sure in seeking revenge upon DJD :))

Ah things are suddenly looking up 🙂

We are off to Chch next weekend for a few extra days of r&r taking the Monday and Tuesday off as well. I do like it down there and so does DJD but we wouldn’t move there just because of the fact it snows!!! Cold is really not our thing. Pacific Islands are more our thing….actually just not too sure why we have decided to go to Chch??? oh yeah thats right DJD was meant to be doing a site visit down there and we decided we would spend more time down there. Now his site visit is at the end of the following week and we have ended up goint to chch for just the break..
