waiting waiting waiting

Quick entry tonight.  My brothers leave for school tomorrow – their plane takes off before my alarm clock even goes off.  Given that Maxie had issues getting downstairs this morning, they’re going to make sure both dogs are downstairs in the morning and then lock them in the kitchen – I’ll have to lock them up during the day anyway tomorrow, Thursday, and Friday and then whenever I’m gone over the weekend plus Monday.  Plus, I’ll lock the dogs downstairs at night so we don’t have a repeat of this morning – no sense allowing Maxie upstairs if she’s going to have issues getting back downstairs.  In other news, my old boss is going to fax the letter of recommendation in, hoping that the third time is the charm. I sure hope it is, because I want my file at NIU to be complete so that they can make a decision on me.  I really want into NIU.  At least tomorrow I’ll be able to just work til 4:30.  I’ve now made up the time so that I can get off work at 1:30 on Friday.  And then tomorrow and Thursday I get off work as normal at 4:30.  Yay for that, as I’m already tired of getting off work at 5:45 and it’s only been going on for two days. Tomorrow is beignet night and yay for that!

Right now I’m waiting to receive my ldsjournal book 🙂  It should be here sometime in the next few days, if the estimate of 10-14 business days is correct.  I’m definitely looking forward to receiving it.  One of my dayzero goals is to answer all the applicable questions (there are questions on marriage and going on a mission which obviously aren’t applicable to me).

I’ve been working on my questions too. I try to finish at least a couple questions every few days. There are so many that aren’t applicable to me but a lot of them are really good questions. Let me know how the book is.
