When It Rains, It Pours *E*

I swear, when it rains it pours.  I got a phone call this morning about a resume I submitted to a law office for a receptionist.  So I’m starting my temp job tomorrow and I have an interview with the law firm this afternoon.  *If* I’m offered the position at the law firm, the decision as to whether or not to take it will rest mostly on benefits and pay, because there isn’t a lot of room there unless I want to go back to school to either be a lawyer or a paralegal.  *Shrugs*  But if it pays well, then I don’t know how I could turn it down.  It’s not like I’d need to stay there forever either.  In any case, it can’t hurt to go to the interview this afternoon.

*Edit*

Had the interview this afternoon, then I ran the few errands that needed running before I start work tomorrow.  I have to say, I thought it went really well. The lady told me that of the 70+ resumes she received after posting the job online, she chose 5 to interview with 🙂  So after interviewing there and looking at the benefits package and whatnot…it looks pretty good.  Pays between $13.50 and $14.00/hour.  Parking will be $60/month since parking downtown is a pain.  But even with that, and and with the amount that would be taken out of my check every month for insurance…I’d still be making more than I would if I ended up being hired on permanently at the place I start tomorrow.  So, I’m crossing my fingers.
