Use of English writings 3

I’ve got tired of the so-called "funny" English writings; I feel kinda bad laughing at the substandard English of HK students. I mean, they don’t want their English to be bad, do they? Anyway, I’ve had my fun, so I’m not gonna post any more of those "funny" ones. Instead, I’ll post something different.

Script no. 7
Topic: in response to the principal’s decision to ban junk food in school

"Moreover, they suspected the truth of the survey because none of them ever heard about the survey… our school was one of the most famous schools in Hong Kong for the handsome boys and beautiful girls we had, there was a queue of students from other schools waiting for their idols outside our school every day, so how could it be possible that half of our students were overweight?"

I couldn’t stop smiling – this time because of the true humour that this candidate has mastered. I think he/she deserves an ‘A’, nothing less.

Topic: (never mind)

This is nightmare for markers. I know, I know, some of you will say your handwriting is even worse, but shouldn’t one at least try to write more legibly and less messy in an immensely important exam? Everyone should know that the quality of handwriting directly impacts the marker’s impresson on the writing.

That’s it folks. I’ve no more to share with you. Right now I’m so fed up with the compos I want nothing to do with them in my life, at least for the time being. I just want my paycheck, ASAP, thank you very much.
