Sore puppy

I am sitting at home tonight with a sore puppy dog. Slater went in for his neuter surgery today. The vet I used has the option of having it done by laser, which I did opt for. It cost a bit more…not outrageous….and it has a faster healing time and less bleeding. But my poor baby is still sore and not a happy camper. And his brother, Scout, just doesn’t understand why Slater really doesn’t want to play with him. These two are normally so rambunctious. It’s been kinda nice having a day of calm. I’m supposed to keep him quiet for 7 to 10 days…but yeah…like that is going to happen.
I wish that your sore puppy will get well soon. I know the feeling because I feel it, too, when Blu the Dog, or Mr. Wet Nose, my dog, gets sick, too.

Awww; poor fellow. I’m sure he’ll be back to his usual rambunctios self soon. RYN: Awesome story! I loved that book. Did you know there was a website created for the fictional town of Chester’s Mill before the book came out? Links to all the main places in the book as well as a blog written by . . . the name of the kid escapes me at the moment. Anyway; most cool.
