What Happened to My Sweet Girl?
H told me that Black Swan wasn’t very good, but the trailer seems intriguing to me, and I love Natalie Portman since she was in Star Wars. I know Nette won’t want to see it, though.
I’ve felt better the last couple of days. I’m sure that’s directly related to filling my prescription and taking my meds consistently. I couldn’t sleep last night, though. I mostly tossed and turned and then got up to sit in the office with Murphy since he was crying. Crybaby, Crybaby, Crababy Murphy!
Murphy is staying. I can’t believe we’re going to have ANOTHER pet. He is a sweet little guy, and I think Bubba really wants to play with him. He sits watching him through the glass. Every once in a while, Murphy will charge at the glass. It’s very cute.
Today was another wasted day on the comptuer. Before I knew it, it was 1:20. I’m actually surprised that I’m still awake considering I didn’t get any sleep. I had another stupid dream about work. I hate them. And I hate my boss. What a jerk!
Oddly enough, I got an email from one of the teachers today. So strange! He made some comments to Heidi that weren’t very nice, so I was surprised that he would be in touch. I really don’t have anything to say to him, but it’s nice that he made the effort. It’s more than i can say for some others.
It could be that he’s back at the school and is realizing how crazy everything is with it being so short staffed.
My car is still outta commission with the missing tire. It’s so frustrating. I’ve been without it for a week. I drove Nette’s car in the snow the other day and that was a fun time! True to form, the main streets were okay, but the neighborhood ones were still icy. I ended up sliding up onto the sidewalk. Ha! Of course some big stupid truck had to drive up behind me to witness my slidage. It would be humiliating if I knew the guy (and I let it!)
I am doing some website work for my aunt, and she’s kinda getting on my nerves. We sat together on the phone in a conference call to learn about how the site works, and evidently she didn’t pay attention because most of her comments/questions about the site were covered in that call. She even took notes!
I know that she’s going through a lot, so i’m trying to cut her some slack. I think I’m just super surprised at how non-technical she is. And she even took some IS classes because it was "important for her to know." She thought she was going to go into IT. Ha, ha!
I suppose I should move on to the rest of the day…
