lockout happens. i’ve been here since ’99 and never done it before, but recently did so with my pic journal. however i’ve left it open to add people who wish to be added, so it’s not all that tight of a lock out. be well~

Re: women weight lifter pics I couldn’t see! Dang! I’ve seen a few on the internet and many in fitness mags. One of my good friends at the gym is a competitive body builder. She has been competing for 25 years+, including Nationally, and placed in the top 10 until recently. I would never put my body through what she does, particularly the…um…substances at a cost of $10,000 a year. (cont’d)

(cont’d) And the affects of those substances on her body are just not realistic for me. Would I like to have HUGE muscles? Yip. But at any price? Nope. What little muscle I’ve built has been all natural sweat and hard work. Oh…my friend is now into power lifting instead of competing in body building. Just call me Chatty Cathy this morning. *smiling*

I found that too, what was up with that? I love cats, but it wasn’t always that way, grew up with all kinds of animals and here I am with cats again, had a dog till someone ran over it and didn’t tell anyone.
