Panda Mania Walk

Are these in DC? I think I saw some while I was visiting there…and wondered about them…I live in Tulsa, OK…and our zoo wanted to build a new penguin habitat…so we have penguin statues all over Tulsa. They are fun. Kind of like the cows in Chicago.
