I’ve been working at my new job… and yes, it’s kept me quite quiet on OD. I have so much going on!!

I work for a construction company–and the bookkeeper before me was an idiot. It’s been nuts. I finally got everything caught up, and then we moved the office… holy crap.

 

And, in my spare time, I built a website for the company. For that, I got these on Thursday…

Very cool.

 

It’s the end of a wonderful four day weekend with my husband. We signed up at the YMCA yesterday and have gone swimming and working out two days in a row. Very fun. I feel like I could really enjoy the water workouts.

 

 

Ok, I’m exhausted. Must go and bake a cobbler for Grant’s co-workers/put away groceries/make lunches for this week/etc.

I will try to write more. Must write more.

 

Basic outline of my life right now::

– I love my job. It’s full of drama and keeps me crazy busy, but the ups and downs mellow out the bi-polar. I feel like I  don’t have time to be crazy.

– I am living a normal life. I have a crazy job, I have a wonderful husband, and I love my kitties. What more could you want?

– I am still sociopath free. And I don’t miss it as much as I thought I might.

– My dad and I are on speaking terms… though we never seem to have much to say.

– Grant and I are great. We fought a little more than normal before I got a job, but we haven’t had a MAJOR fight since I started working. We are closer now than we have ever been, which proves what we’ve both always known: we’re soul mates… as long as we’ve got our shit together.

– Italics and Bagheera love Virginia. They have a huge apartment to roam, and while they don’t love that we have to work most days, they do enjoy looking out the glass door at the humming birds and other birds that come to eat at the Grant & Moe cafe (bird feeders).

–  The only thing I have about Virginia is how far away it is from Texas.
