Hand Bag

My stomach hurts from laughing.

Conversation this morning:

Lexi spills a box of Cheez-it’s on the couch.

Me: "Art, get me the hand vac" (hand vacuum)

Art: "What?"

Me: "The hand vac, there’s crackers all over the couch!"

Art: "What? A hand bag? What’s that? Something you put a hand in?" (he was completely serious)

Me: Crying because I’m laughing so hard.

Does the man think I carry around a severed hand and I just need a bag to put it in??
