Mama Always Said…

Stupid is as stupid….stop.  Just wait.  This is so stupid that it doesn’t even deserve the ridicule that a regular stupid is entitled to receive.

Forget the connection to abortion, that’s a deeply personal subject that really has no bearing on this stupid.

Forget rape, that is too serious a subject and has no bearing on this stupid.

Forget neanderthal views of women and the rights of women.  That subject is too highbrow (pun intended) for this stupid.

What this boils down to is that a 64 year old member of Congress is too stupid to know basic human biology.  BASIC. Human. Biology.

I don’t know all of the hormones and phases that are required for a sexually mature human to create a sperm or developed egg.  And I don’t expect that sort of knowledge from most people.  But, I know, and most people with the slightest bit of intelligence know, that a human female does not have magic secretions that will prevent a mature sperm from fertilizing a mature egg, regardless of the situation that brought sperm and egg together.

Todd Akin is stupid.

Hopefully, Todd Akin is just smart enough to realize how stupid he is and takes positive steps to get some education.  Maybe the kids hanging out behind the school will tell him the facts of life.
