Handyman

I must have been temporarily insane last weekend, I bought a new set of curtains for the living room and master bath. I hung the bathroom curtains on Sunday but I’ve been procrastinating on the living room curtains, primarily because the previous owners installed the curtain rod badly out of level. My Asperger’s wouldn’t allow me to leave it that way so I had to re-hang the rod. I think I increased my vocabulary a bit with that job! I’m taking a little break before picking up all my tools and hardware.

You might think I was the one who previously lived in your house, as I tend to hang everything cock-eyed haha. My boys always tell me I have a crooked eye. Things always look pretty straight to me!

Handy indeed, and good for you! Next you can come over to our place and find a way to hang rods over our windows while avoiding the places where previous residents have drilled numerous holes.

I didn’t know you had Asperger’s. Karen

I’m gonna guess my last note posted lol. It disappeared. Karen

You must be a very high-functioning Aspergers man. Good for you!

At least you’re getting stuff done!

I’m back! Though I don’t think you RAF anymore 🙁

ryn: You’re right. I’ve just never viewed outside cats/dogs as a nuisance unless they were damaging property. Thanks for giving me a different perspective.

Oh, man. You’ve lost your mind for sure.

ryn: Thanks!

I wish I had a handyman around here. Mine seems to have gone temporarily missing or lazy. Lol. 🙂

RYN: I think the recipients of medical expense fundraisers often take a liberal view of the proper expenditure of these funds… In one situation, a new luxury pickup truck was bought so as to have “reliable transportation” back & forth to medical appointments… A bit much…..

RYC: Aw, thank you!! 🙂 I hope you are doing well. Had any weekends away lately?
