My Mom’s Birthday!!

Today is my mom’s ("mum" is the way I always pronounce it) birthday!  Happy Birthday Mum!!!  I will be going over there after doing a couple more things around here.  I’m afraid she doesn’t like her birthday anymore because it brings back some sad memories and she was sad last night.  I tried to get her into a better mood last night and today I will just go over there and hang out with her.  She did say that she would like to come over and help me deep clean my place.  I know, that’s not a way to spend your birthday, but my mom is weird…she and I both enjoy cleaning.  When we do it together, its almost like a fun thing.  It’s kind of cooking with friends, it’s fun when  you have the company.  I don’t know if we’re going to clean my place though.  I’m going to try and finish that now.  In the evening I will take her and her best friend out for dinner.  I’m thinking of a really nice chophouse in Worcester.

Tomorrow I think we are going to church and then we will go out Christmas shopping for the rest of the day.  I hope that between now and the end of the weekend I can fill her time up so she doesn’t feel so sad.  Hopefully I’ll be back later on today.  I would love to share some fun pictures of new purchases.
