Since Tuesday…

The school, of course, is playing the "misunderstanding" card. *rolls eyes*
It annoys me, but as I don’t have exact happenings, as Harley starts forgetting things as soon as he calms back down, I can’t say "This is how things went…" for positive.
It best not happen again, as twice there is no way it can be a "misunderstanding."

Wednesday I slept most of the day away…I ended up with a headache Tuesday and it lingered through most of Wednesday as well, & I was just feeling so exhausted.
I did get a piece of art started, used it for that night’s art.

Thursday…Our MAT 300 class was changed a bit, thankfully. We didn’t have to have our homework done (which I still haven’t gotten done yet! *falls over*), which was good, & we got another ‘Live Art Experience’ that didn’t cost anything, we got to do during class time (& an hour or so after). Instead of meeting up at the University Center we met up at the Old Town Playhouse in TC. We got to see the final dress rehearsal for Les Mis. I still need to do my write up on ‘class’ & it. She told us we could leave at intermission if we wanted, as it was about the same time class would have gotten out…3 of us ended up staying for the end. I figured I sat through that much of it, I might as well finish it out…Which I’m glad I did.
Honestly, I didn’t really care much for the first part of it…I don’t know, just wasn’t feeling it I guess…But I liked the second half a lot more. *shrugs* I don’t know. I’m just odd. *laughs*

Friday…Um…Oh yeah…Ended up taking Sonja back over to Urgent Care again. Her infection is gone, but she was still feeling some pain. They gave her some stuff to help deal with the symptoms, and are seeing if it might just be some lingering stuff. If she’s still hurting I’ll have to take her back over again, and then…I don’t know.
When we got back out from seeing the doctor, got in the Tracker and…Nothing…I had forgot to flip the toggle switch to the fuel pump again…Dead battery. *headdesk*
Called Mum, she had to wait for Harley’s bus to show up…Sonja, who use to be my shy child, went back inside the ER to see if anyone in there could help. The one guy said he would, just give him 5 or 6 minutes…10 minutes later, Sonja went back in…They had just finished up what they were working on, he’d be out in a minute…A minute later he comes out…His friend had come and borrowed his car, he was suppose to have it back by 4 (it was about quarter after at this point). He wanted to let us know, and that he would be going to find maintenance to get us some help. Maintenance showed up a few minutes later…I so want the thing the guy had…It was a box with the cables like jumper cables, but no need of car, the box does the jumping. A few seconds later *vroom* the Tracker was a happy machine again.

I attempted to go to bed early Friday, knowing I had to get up way to early the next day…So didn’t work right.
I laid down later than I had wanted…Then as soon as I laid down *boom* I was wide awake. *falls over* It took what felt like FOREVER to get to sleep.

Saturday, started at 5:00 in the morning. O.o
I had to be at the University Center at 7:00 to take my Elementary Education test…Which was a lot like the basic skills test I had to take last summer. I’m not sure how I did…I don’t think too bad. Hopefully not. I have to pass it (& the 2nd test of the day) to get placed as a Teacher’s Assistant this winter. The test was late starting because one of the girls who was registered for it hadn’t showed up. [Seriously? Who pays $80 for a test and then doesn’t show up to take it??!!] I was in there for about 2 hours after the test started.
Went back out to the car…Was too tired to seriously think about running…Tried to nap…Might have gotten an hour in. Went in to the computer lab & printed out what I need to have read for class Tuesday (which after looking at it…I don’t know how I’m going to read it…The dialog is suppose to be old version of black speech [best way I can put it]…& it’s just so hard to read). Read a bit more in my books with Trickster information in it…Thus far, not finding anything to use in them. I do at least have 4 or 5 articles…ANYWAY…

Had to be back in the testing area at 1:00 for the second test, which didn’t start until 1:30…That one was my English Language (Elementary)…Hopefully I did okay on that one too…I don’t know. A couple of the questions I had no idea what they would do with teaching English…More than a few of them were aimed more at Middle school that Elementary school.
The one was a question about reluctant readers, who liked adventures, what author would you suggest. *headdesk* I recognized 1 of the 4 names, and thought I knew a 2nd one…Thankfully I was right about that 2nd one, as it was the correct answer, and the one I picked. 5 of the questions on the 2nd test were on the 1st test…Which, considering they are ones I’m fairly certain I got right, that was good at least.

& I’m not sure where Sunday went. *looks around for it’s quick disappearingness*
I woke up a bit before 9…at Noon Sonja & I headed off to get groceries. Got home about 4:30…Did finally add color to the art I started Wednesday. & within an hour of posting it, had things set up to take it to it’s new owner on Tuesday.

The art is a painting of a cat.
I’m taking it in Tuesday to give it to Cody. Cody has been in a few of my classes, & she is a ‘Crazy Cat Lady.’
Technically, it is suppose to be a painting of a cat she had, but I don’t know if she realizes it.
When I posted the painting I did a little bit ago of my coyote & peacock she said she wanted it. Had it been any other subject I would have parted with it, but not my coyote.
Anyway, that gave me the idea to do the cat painting. A few months back one of her cats disappeared. There is a good chance it was stolen and dropped off somewhere else, which is beyond sad, as one of her friend’s cats from the same area disappeared the same day, & then showed up waaaay to far away for it to have gotten there on it’s own (or very unlikely anyway). Unfortunately, Coopurr never did show back up.
From her comments on Facebook she’s really excited about getting the painting.

*yawns* Now, tis sleepy time. Hopefully I wake up feeling rested, I REALLY need to run tomorrow…It’s been raining or I’ve been too tired, or both the last few days. I haven’t run since Thurday, & I’m hating not being able to run.
