BOOKS!

The books from the bookshelf…As Mum is working on the floor, they have found themselves currently displaced from their home…& my books for the upcoming semester.

My Harry Potter books…And a tiny bit of the Quidditch Pitch I made in 3-D design
a couple semesters ago peek around at the end there. *laughs*

But yeah…Mum is working on the floor…Ripped up the carpet, getting read to paint the sealant stuff on it.
Mum managed to goad the Idiot into moving the freezer when he came to pick up the Critters. [This is making up for
the fact he missed his holiday time…They are going to the Christmas party at the fire barn, & the step-things are
still gone…So figured it was the best time for them to go.]

I thought I’d tossed all my background information on Maria at one point. O.o I had to search through everything that
still needs to find a proper place…Finally found it. *sigh of relief*

Think that’s about it for the moment…

*sigh* Harley’s hamster, Ivan (Ratovich), has passed on.
I swear, that boy has the worst luck with pets. In the last year (less than even)
he’s gone through 2 fish, and now 2 hamsters. *frowns* Seriously, it sucks!
& he’s such a senstive creature to begin with, this definately does not help. *sigh*

You’re HP books look better then mine. I’m a bit jealous. LOL yay books though!!! And did you expect anything but red and gold around my Harry Potter shelf? If it helps… Dan is a Slytherin.. so I may not get away with total red and gold the end of next year… haha

RYN: Lizards (depending on the species) can be very hard to keep and most of them you can’t handle a whole lot without worrying about it driving them into shock and eventually death. Do your research and I’m sure you can come up with a good one for him, if that’s the route he (and the household) wants to go). Ah, ok. I was pretty sure that’s who Maria was but wanted to make sure. 😀 Light of heart,

RYN: No worries. I knew who you were. *chuckles* Your comment on a pet rock got me to thinking…what about a pet tortoise? Like a Russian tortoise? They’re pretty hardy, don’t get that big…you can easily make them a wooden enclosure (they don’t recommend glass tanks as they tend to beat their heads on the glass)….downside is that they can live to be 50 years, so make sure Harley will like it after a few years. *chuckles* Light of heart,
