School stuff…lots of homework to get done.

I should be working on homework…& I am…Sort of. *laughs*
I’m working on sketches for Poppet’s story. I’ve got 7 sketched out so far…I’m not sure how many more I’m going to need/make. Then there is the inking and coloring. I’m hoping they turn out half way decent…Then there is the decision of whether I’m going to lay them out & take pictures, or scan them and do it that way. [All of this must be done my Sunday night…Maybe Monday morning.]

I got a letter from NMC the other day.
Wasn’t sure why I was getting one from there, as I’m technically done with NMC stuff. It was to inform me that my 2.0 from Math for Elementary Teachers was changed to a 2.5! O.o *tilts head* I don’t know why, there was no explanation, but I’m not going to argue. *laughs*

Schoolness.

Teaching Writing:
I need to finish 2 lesson plans & make 2 whole complete lesson plans.
Then there is the prementioned digital story I’m working on.
& There are the summer writing exercises. [& I forgot to see if she’d looked at the ones I turned in Monday & see where I was standing on those. O.o]
Most of this is due next week. [There is only 2 weeks left of this class.]

Language Arts for Teachers:
I’m feeling a bit iffy on some of the assignments…But I will make it somehow. The research one is the one that’s really stressing me…
I need to get the book read for the book presentation.

Intro to Assessment [The hybrid class]:
Despite missing 10 points because I missed a discussion board deadline…& feeling out of sorts as it’s mostly online (which I am not fond of)…I’m feeling a bit better (for the moment) after yesterday’s class.
We had our second quiz…She asked us at the end of it how well we think we did. I put 35/50. I checked the score today, and I actually got…49/50! WooHoo
I also got an e-mail from the professor that reads as thus:

“Jennifer your quiz was exceptionally well done. You should be pleased. Do not doubt that you are not prepared for an assessment – your potential and knowledge base are evident. Dr Lmc”

*grins* So yeah, feeling a bit better. Also found out what our first assignment actually is. It’s us, writing a test! I can do that! As I’m doing upper elementary (like 4th grade-ish) I have to have 20 questions. We have to use 3 different kinds of questions. [Multiple Choice, True or False, Fill-in-the-Blank, or Matching.]

Okay…I think I should get back to the actual doing of homework…
