Living room eggs, to clear that up, are eggs cooked on the griddle that I got at Christmas time, while said griddle is sitting on the living room floor.

The rain did let up Sunday & we had hamburgers on the grill.

Monday: Went Letterboxing…Found two of the three we attempted to find. The third one was a bust. I don’t think it was there anymore. *sad* Prior to looking for the third box, we parked at the park it was suppose to be at, walked to the ice cream shop, got cones, and walked back to the park.
Came home, long enough to change into swimwear, Critter’s played in the water at Wetzel.
Came home, more food on the grill, chicken this time, was yummies.

School work: Have a lot to do. *falls over*
I need to get (at least) 3 lesson plans done this week(end). I’m suppose to have a total of 6. I need to expand on the one I’ve finished. I need to write up more summer writing exercises. I only got 4 one on one tutoring , where I needed 10…Which means 6 more summer writing exercises in addition to the 5 I had to do anyway (of which I have 2 done)…So yeah…A lot of that. Oh yeah, and I have a minilesson due Monday! O.o *falls over*

I’m pretty much lost in Assessment class…I’m going to have to try and sort it out this weekend too…We have a class on Tuesday. *shrugs*

Language Arts for Teachers…I think I’m doing okay. I’m worried about the research project…I need a bloody question. *headdesk* I turned in my Cultural Anthropology paper yesterday. There are…3 or 4 more written assignments for the class…One of them is a book talk (which I got the book for it today in the mail…Along with others that could prove to be distracting).

A Distraction: *giggles*
I know I’ve mentioned ‘This is not a book’ & ‘Wreck this Journal’ before…Well I ordered most of Keri Smith’s other books and they came today. [I got ‘This is not a book’ & ‘Wreck this Journal’ for Sonja (as well as the book that is going to be distracting, very distracting, to me), and a book about making Messes for me & Harley.]
One of the books is called ‘Finish This Book’. I think it’s going to be quite interesting indeed.

Annoyances: Some bimbet in Missouri. Blah. *stuffs her in trunk*
She works at a Macy’s store…One of the ones that Wasil does computer work at…& she has apparently hit on him before. He tells her he’s taken, and she says that she can fix that, and that Facebook is only a click away. She has also said “I found Jennifer.”
Seriously? WTF? What kind of messed up person is this woman?
I told Wasil he should tell her that his girlfriend likes to stuff people in trunks.
But yeah…For anyone who has me on Facebook, that’s what my status is about.
Still, who friggen tells a guy that they’ve ‘found’ their girlfriend on Facebook? Stalker much?

This is the Critter’s last week of school. It’s also their father’s weekend. Blah. Sonja has be bringing cookies into her class tomorrow & staying there for their end of school party. Then I’m going back Friday to get the stuff from their lockers & any leftover work & what not.

"Times New Roman","serif"”>I’m going to try and get Harley to write more over the summer. I’m thinking of trying to employ part of the writing exercises that I’m making in class on him. He’s supposed to do math this summer too…I got him a book to do problems in. He said he wanted to do it, said he wants to write. I think when it comes down to it, he does like to learn, there is just something about the way school is set up…Maybe not even that…It’s the having to split every other week…I don’t know…It’s a theory.

Oh yeah…Both Critters brought tadpoles home from Wetzel Monday…Harley has 3 in a bucket in the living room. He looked up online what they eat, plants, and then put some grass clippings & a leaf in there for them. Sonja…Brought home 6, that she put in with her turtle, Junior…He ate them all.

Anyway…Taking ideas for Summer Writing Exercises.
Thus far I have finished: Letterboxing (the teacher suggested it)…&…Movie reviews.
Ideas I have: Nature (some kind of descriptive narrative)…Song (write a story based on song lyrics)…Persuasive (have them write about something they want to do in a way to convince their parents that it’s a good idea)…Learn/Write about another Culture.
Was contemplating on suggesting ‘Finish This Book’…But I’m not sure that would work/count.
So yeah…Any ideas…*holds arms out* Give me, give me, give me! *laughs*

Anyway…I’m going to go contemplate writing exercises & my lesson plans that I need to work on, while drinking tea (as suggested by my distraction…I mean book…), & do a bit of work on said distraction…I mean book. *laughs*
