2/20 Sonnet

Okay…I’ve gotten two of the 20 sonnets written. I’m not sure they conform completely to the standards of sonnet-ness…But seriously…It’s what he’s getting.
They have to have some kind of connection that runs between them…I’m going with supernatural critters and what not. So yeah, I should have all kinds of material to work with…Still…I have two. O.o
Anywhere…Here they is..

Walk in peace they say o’er me
But they didn’t see what I did see
A tragic shame they call my death
Little do they know of the theft
You were once my own true love
I thought you true, my meek dove
I pledged my love to you forever
But my life was to be severed
I seen you in his arms my dear
As he kissed and pulled you near
Now a revenant I rise again
To him and you I give my pain
And when you are but a corpse my dear
No one else will have want to fear

Unearthly howls fill the air
Offering up a heart filled scare
Thoughts of beast that roam the night
Give all such a terrible fright
Tales of terror spreading wide
Telling all there’s no where to hide
They’ll tear your flesh, rip your skin
You’ll disappear, never to be seen again
And tucked away inside the den
That is where the werewolf lives
To it’s tiny little cubs
All it’s love it gives
Kisses them sweet to say good-night
And tells tales of men to give them fright
