Wow…I think it might qualify as an entry.

Last night I attempted to read someone’s Open Diary(s) that are suppose to be Death Note fan fiction. It was…Painful, to say the least. I couldn’t even really attempt to read it, not fully. This person has obviously never heard of a pronoun! OMGs. *beats head repeatedly on a wall* It was absolutely painful to read the character(s) name repeated in every sentence. “B did this. B did that. B said ‘blah, blah, blah’. B stood on his head…” *curls up into a ball and rocks back and forth, muttering about pronouns being our friends* [& for the record…B wants to hunt the writer down and pretend she’s a Wara Ningyo. *pauses* Um…Maybe we shouldn’t let him out to play…Could be dangerous. *laughs*]

*has a new toy* First look it looks like an iPod, tis not though. It’s a DXG-567V (High-Definition Digital Video Camera). *squee* It was on clearance, so we got a fairly good price on it. I had gone looking for a cable for the camcorder I had, but couldn’t find any…The list price in the book that came with it was almost as much as what we ended up paying for the new toy.
Got it for the want of being able to record Cosplay next month. Which I am much squee over as well. *grins* *giggles insanely* I just need to figure out how to stick more than one stretch of video together. *pokes at it* I’ll need practice. Yesh. *nods*

Speaking of Cosplay. *runs around in circles* *does happy dance* August will be a month full of funness…Well at least the second and fourth week-ends.

August 8th & 9th is NMACon (Northern Michigan *chokes* Anime *chokes* Convention), which is at Scholar’s Hall at the college (This is the second one). Saturday is 10 AM- 8 PM, Sunday is 10 AM- 5 PM (which works, as I don’t have the Critters that week-end, and have to be back to pick them up). [James might be going to this one…He’s going to be out of town for at least the first day of the second one.]

August 29th & 30th is Cherry Capital Con, the very first comic convention in Northern Michigan. Saturday is 10 AM- 6 PM, Sunday is 10 AM- 2 PM. I just hope the Critters can handle that much. Sonja shouldn’t be too much trouble…Harley…*shrugs* We’ll see.

Got my hair cut yesterday…Hopefully it doesn’t grow out too much between now and the end of August. Now I just need to deal with the colour. Decided to go with a temporary colour for the moment…As, as Mum pointed out, black has that nasty habit of being hard to change colours after it’s in there. But it shall be black for those two week-ends anyway. [& the first day of classes, as I believe I have Detective Fiction, and plan to still be in character…& hopefully the room doesn’t make me too overly sick. *burns the carpet* Hehehe.]
Practiced today on dry hair, actually turned out fairly well…I shall make it work. *grins* Gods…I owe so many pictures…Sonja got her hair cut prior to going to camp…I just need to get some yellow hair spray it give her the proper shade (& of course, finish her costume. ‘Leather’ pants are almost done, just need proper sizing.)
Mum okayed the using of white sheets (if I can find them among our sheets) to go ahead and make Harley’s costume. Just need white spray for his hair…& hope like hell the idiot & his pet hippo don’t cut his hair again. *glares at them*
Looks like we will most likely be short one of Wammy’s boys though. *pouts* I don’t see me getting all the things needed together to get Matt up and going as well. Blah. *sigh* Oh well.

Still haven’t began the sorting out of my ‘brain’…I will get to that…It seems a bit of a daunting task though…Just have to get my selves ready for the concept. [Yesh! I make no sense and confuse the masses! *laughs insanely* *giggles & falls over*]

Suppose to hear from James tomorrow. We’re suppose to be meeting up Thursday. I fear he is going to try to drag me out to sushi. O.o Evilness.
Probably be the last time I see him before his and Harry’s commitment ceremony on the 1st. I still need to find out what ‘Summer Festive’ is as far as clothing. O.o *shrugs*

Well…Had Todd not decided he liked partying more, today would have been our 1 year anniversary. I’m actually not feeling too bad. I mean, yeah, I wish things had worked out differently…I wish he’d kept the whole ‘we are still friends’ thing (but as since I haven’t heard from him, I’m guessing I’m not going to hear from him…Then again, it’s not like I’ve tried to contact him either…So I guess I’m just as much to blame on that front)…Yes, I do still love him, at least part of me does (but the rest of us are threatening to tie her up and toss her in the corner if she doesn’t knock it off *snickers*)…*shrugs* Whatever, I guess. I’m alive, and I’m going to stay that way. *smiles*

I need to take what time I have left before school starts and work on some fan fiction. I have the one that James wants me to finish…I have the ‘sequel’ to that one…Plus, in an I don’t know how it happened moment…I have the first chapter of the sequal to ‘The Choice’ written! *blinks* Seriously, I really don’t know how that one happened. *laughs*

Wow…I’ve actually written quite a lot for this entry. *laughs* Guess I’m feeling fairly good. Had good walkies today…Didn’t even really notice the hill when we were climbing it, and it was the longer walk.
My knees have been feeling better too. They haven’t actually hurt hurt (aside from a tiny bit in the one knee today) in a little while. I’ve started taking this icky stuff that is suppose to help joints…Guess it must work at least a little.

Okay… I will goes away now. *smiles* *waves* I must come up with something to do with my new toy, aside from making Mum record Cosplay stuffs. *giggles*
