Ranting…

Yes, more ranting about the idiot.
I got a letter from the Friend of the Court today alleging that I’m in violation of the custody agreement/parenting time.
There were three days named off…April 10th, May 22nd, & May 25th.
April 10th was Good Friday…I have always gotten the Critters on Good Friday because he’s got them on Easter. He didn’t even, as far as I can remember, even mentioned having them on Good Friday.
May 25th was Memorial Day…He had them Labor Day, so I was under the line of thought that I was suppose to get them Memorial Day. Plus, he didn’t even call until 10:30 the night before!

May 22nd, I’m not sure what the bloody hell he’s thinking. It wasn’t a no-day of school & it wasn’t a half-day of school. It was a full day of school. Harley did go home early because of an incident…But that has nothing to do with the agreement in any way shape or form. I made a copy of the school calendar to include with the letter I had to write to the Friend of the Court to dispute the allegations.

In addition, I asked if there was anyone the Critters could talk to about their wants as far as visitation goes. Probably won’t hear a bloody thing on that, but it would be nice.

Anyway…If they go with idiots complaint, he’ll get them for that many extra days. Hopefully they won’t agree with him, I don’t want the Critters to suffer though any more than they have to. I don’t even want to think about Sunday. *frowns* [It’s been bad enough, every other week, watching Sonja near tears and not being able to do anything about it.

Blah…Not much else really going on. *shrugs*
Libby bailed on walking Tuesday…She was stuck in Petoskey and couldn’t get home. Suppose to walk Friday though. [Which I’m sure Friday will be another day that idiot complains about. It’s a half-day, so I’m sure he figures he should get them. But as it’s the end of the school year, I don’t think that should be how it works…I can see us needing to go back to mediation. Though apparently he either didn’t call/write them like had said he was going to…Or they laughed in his face over that whole stupid thing.]

Anyway…We’ve got a couple ‘wayward’ children for…Well I’m not sure for how long. It was suppose to be just overnight…But it’s looking like it’s going to be for at least another night…
Last night it was Reese, Skittles & Andy…And the kitty Almond.
From the sounds of it, Andy is staying in T.C. tonight, but Skittles, Reese & Almond will still be here. [Something about them getting evicted (Skittles & Andy) from where they were staying, and they are waiting for some money from Skittle’s grandma to go somewhere.
