I have Lime chips…Now I want Lime Pepsi

The beginning of the end.
Well, here it is, the first second day of December…The first second day of the last month of the year. [Which will no doubt come with one of those ‘this happened over the course of the year’ entries towards the end…Or beginning of the next year. When do those usually sprout up?]

It’s just after 3 PM…And I’ve been awake for longer than an hour! [Yes, I am doing so much better on that front than yesterday. I’ve gotten my Pysch quiz for Monday done…I’ve gotten my Plant Bio review questions done.

*intermission* Mum is home, must be running off…Freezing rain is in the forecast, and we have shopping that needs doing.

*7 hours later*

Didn’t take all that time to do the shopping…Not sure exactly what time did get home. Know put stuff away, then made food, then took a bit of a nap. Though nap didn’t do much for the feeling of the tireds.

*had a thought* *lost it* *shrugs*

Still didn’t get stamps…Or write what I need to write for the cards that need writing. Hopefully, if the freezing rain doesn’t come like called for (as, as far as I know, it hasn’t started yet), I can run into town tomorrow and get some.

The way Mum talked today, she realizes I still need to make it to school the next two weeks.
Monday I have to go hang out in the library while I’ve got the time between my two classes, looking for sources. Blah.
I have Anne Rice’s e-mail address (it’s listed on her website)…I was debating on sending and e-mail, and seeing if I got a response back. *pokes her with sticks* As she is definitely on the con side of the whole fan fiction issue. Would be an impressive source as well. Though not sure I’d get a timely reply. *shrugs*

Okay…*got distracted by a shiny* Well it’s not actually shiny, but it’s mildly amusing, and distractive. Chose Your Own Adventure: Blind Date. Not something I would of normally pursued on my own…But it was entertaining. Heather, the girl from my English 111 class wrote it.

Friday when Dan was picking up the Critters, he was pawing through the movies, looking for something to borrow, and asked if I’d gotten the 3rd Pirates movie yet. Sonja pops up with "It doesn’t come out till December." She’s so cute (and it only gets better)…When I was helping them wrap the stuff they’d bought at the school, she said that it was too bad that we didn’t have any wrapping paper that had gingerbread men on it…[Trip to back story is in order, I’m sure: When Dan was little, his mother read him the story of the Gingerbread man. You know the one where the stupid cookie comes to life, and runs off, making a complete arse of himself, getting people and animals to chase him, only to end up getting eaten by a fox. Well…It gave Dan nightmares. *snickers* So gingerbread men still tend to freak him out. Which was just great when the Peeps came out with their gingerbread people, and Little Debbie’s have their gingerbread men cookie/cake things. Didn’t take much coaching to teach the Critters to bite the heads of them -which is actually part of his nightmare…The headless cookie was after him. *grins*]…So yeah…She’s a precious.

*sees really lame commercial* Um…How pathetic must one be to text a number off the TV to get ‘girls’ to text ‘flirts’ back to them. Text flirting…With complete strangers…Yeah…That is a whole new level of sad I think…*shakes head* [Takes that back…They do keep getting worse. o.O]

Speaking of texts…I had one archived on my phone yet…Operative word there is HAD…It’s not their anymore. Though the words were sweet and meaningful, or so I thought, when I got them. I’ve come to realize it was all naught but a complicated lie. Starting with the words "Love you too."

*nearly 12 hours after starting this entry* *laughs* Yeah…Taken me a looooong time. It’s the shiny’s fault I tell you. Evil things. *laughs*

*found a heck of a lot of piccie things* I hope this works…

And I do believe that is it for this entry.

*nods* I’m sure December, like this whole year, is going to fly by… Not sure how I feel about that yet. *lol* It’s the month of big changes. *nods* Yay for getting your work done! Now, you can enjoy the rest of your weekend. 🙂 O.o! You should try & e-mail Anne Rice. *nods* Could be worth doing, or if you can find on the Internet somewhere, why she’s against fan fiction. *falls over laughing @ Dan and his Gingerbread nightmare* *laughs even more at Sonja’s comments about such* Good girl!! *pokes commerical* That is lame…and desperate. Yay for all the coolie shirt sayings! I seen those last night…heh. *HUGS*
