Just a run down of things from the week-end

*pokes boy* [The big one, not the little one. As Harley is with Sonja at Dan’s this week-end.] He’s fallen asleep…Not that I can blame him, it is after 1:30 AM, and he is usually signing off for bed around midnight…And I suppose it can’t be too overly entertaining for him to watch me typing away.

Watched the movie of ‘The Bride’. *pouts* It was an okay movie, I suppose…But my main reason for getting it ‘died’ before the first half-hour was up! *cries* *hugs my rats younger self* Despite being a few years younger, and a few pounds lighter, you could still see him in there. *laughs* Poor man, caught on fire! *kicks Sting* It’s his fault after all…Bloody Frankenstein anyway.

Checked my Psycho quiz answers against the right ones…I got 11 wrong…So 34 out of 45 right. *shrugs* Guess that’s not too bad my first time out.

Got the 2nd Chapter for Psych read…Took notes on everything that was bolded and wrote in the margin area…And some italized stuff…Though I think it went in one side of my brain, and straight out the other. Life would be so much nicer if he’d let us use our notes on the quizzes.

So, my homework, aside from the Peer Review thing, is done. *tosses confetti*

Ran into the lady who does Mum & the Critter’s hair today while shopping. She had her daughter with her. Apparently after Sonja got her hair cut the last time, the woman’s daughter decided she wanted her hair ‘flippy’ like Sonja’s…So she ended up getting 8 inches cut off! Sonja is a trend setter already! *laughs*

So yeah…The Critters are at their dad’s this week-end…He showed up Thursday night asking if he could have them for the week-end. Friday afternoon Harley tried to convince me to let him stay home, and to just send Sonja. I felt bad telling him he had to go. But Mum said by the time Dan got there to pick them up he was fine with it again.

They are both doing good in school thus far…Yeah, I know, it’s only the first week. But considering how the end of the school year went last year…I’m counting every week. *laughs* Harley got stars back on all of his papers so far…And Sonja got quite a few 100%…Her lowest mark was an 80%…So hopefully she’ll keep it up.

The water-pump went out on Mum’s Jeep…But, happily, it’s getting fixed, and should be done by Sunday…So that will be of the happies, and a quick fix.

*thinks* I think that’s about it…Not too much going on I guess. *skips off*

I’m still trying to get back into the swing of school. Oh well, it’s only been two weeks. Sounds like both the critters are doing well, though!

Have a good time with the boy, then? ‘Tis good to hear the Critters are doing well in school. *nods* *burns homework* Blah. *pokes exams* My homework will consist of studying for the next couple weeks, as I have three upcoming exams: History (Friday), Psychology (next Wednesday), and English (on Beowulf – blah!). *hugs*

Yay for getting homework finished! And yay for everyone doing well in school thus far. I’ve got nothing else…my brain is asleep currently.
