Happy Easter…or whatever…
Let’s see…Well it’s Easter, and I’m not at the in-laws, which is good. Reason why I am not subject to torture….1) My Jeep is still not here. 2) Mum’s Jeep still doesn’t have an exhaust (so it’s too loud for the kids to be in for extended trips) 3) Mum’s car needs a ball-joint replaced and 4) Pet’s truck is only big enough for three….Which means I have to turn him loose with the Critters. *sigh* Hate the thought…but hopefully they manage.
Before leaving Harley knocked the dvd player from it’s place (in the middle of Muppet’s Treasure Island), and pretty much killed it for that moment. I had to fight to get the dvd out, as the door would not open fully, and the dvd wouldn’t settle in it correctly. Mum took the whole bloody thing apart, figuring it didn’t work anyway, it’s not like she could hurt it worse. Well somehow, in all her messing with it, she did fix it. *grins*
Just got done watching Close My Eyes…Man, that was bloody well confusing. *laughs* Still…lots of Alan…could of used more Alan…Alan is gooood. *sigh*
Okay…let’s rewind a bit though, to the begining of the day….For starters, it started too early. Like about seven o’clock or so. *falls over* Blah…Why is it the children insist on being alive so early in the morning. So I crawled off the couch, shortly after Harley scrambled off it, as we could hear the Elf (my Mum) and Sonja in the other room. Got coffee…can’t do anything before coffee…Me and Mum watched the Critters look for their eggs. Then while they were opening up their eggs, to see what kind of goodies where in them. I gave Mum her basket. Then handed Sonja her set out basket, and then the basket she got last night….Then the same thing with Harley…and then I settlled down with my basket….As Peter was still sleeping, I didn’t bring his cage into the dining room like I did on Christmas…And the Pet…Well…He wasn’t here.
He was at Travis’s…This is the first holiday morning he’s missed. I’m use to him taking off first thing…that’s typical and normal anymore…has been for quite a few years now…But to not even be here for the kids to get their baskets. *shrugs* Oh well…I guess I should of expected such eventually. He called to say he was on his way to come get the kids to take them up for breakfast, so to have them ready. Which we had them pretty much ready when he got here…5 minutes…maybe 10 at the most after getting here he asks where his basket it is. "Out on freezer" Which reminds me….I need to get the egg out of there and put it in the refrigerator.
Anyway…Had fun with roleplays entry for today…I hope Raya gets home in time to note it before I put something else up….*thinks* Do I have that prewritten or not….*goes to look*…(Which actually consists of me reaching up behind my head on the arm of the couch and finding my datebook) Ahhh, yes…The next four days are taken care of for me already. The fourth day should prove amusing to some.
*has two entries written for a year and a half from now* *laughs*
Well I suppose I should go…as I have no bloody idea what else to say…Though I think I shall go watch another movie…and then perhaps, a nice long soak…
oooh lovely would be a soak right now! *hugs*

I’ve been writing a paper all day for Easter, at least its about bampires. I wish I had the energy to get up as early as kids do. I struggle to roll out of bed at 11am, and they’re up and hyper at like 7! And, mmmmmmm, Alan!!! I’m jealous! lol. A bath sounds great…

*kicks pet* He is such a bastard! I’m glad you had a good Easter and didn’t have to visit pet’s family. *hugs* My parents and I are talking about moving to Longview now! That’d be sooo awesome. But it probably won’t happen, as Dad would need to find a job making enough money to live there. Oh well, it was a good thought while it lasted. ~
