babysitting… interesting … yeah that’s it!

so i’m sitting here with Kaylee…our first day together…  she’s curious about everything lol. I’ve forgotten what a 4 year old is like.. even though Malachai is only turning 6… she keeps telling me she’s hungry, but I don’t want to overfeed her… sounds like a puppy lol.. but seriously, she’s had a bowl of cereal around 830, then a granola bar at 930, and she wants to eat her spaghetti o’s now… i’m trying to get her to wait until at least 11 for those… she’s playing in Malachai’s room right now, going to take her outside soon as it warms up a bit. we’ve been mostly watching cartoons, she’s played with barbies for a bit, and tortured the animals … poor abby lol she seems to be her favorite.

i am ready for a nap, was up at 5am for when Kaylee got here at 530… and I did finally go back to sleep in the chair after she fell back to sleep on the couch…and Malachai was almost late for school… we got ready in record time this morning… 7 minutes! all she had to do was dress, brush teeth and hair… but still that normally takes us at least 20 minutes, plus if she has homework to do… which fortunatly she didn’t have any to do this morning. She seems to do her homework better in the mornings rather than before bed, so that’s when we do it…

so now i’m going to figure out what to do with Kaylee until 2pm… only 4 more hours…and i don’t just want to set here and let her play by herself… want to do fun stuff with her… maybe some art or something…
