Be an Angel… Adopt a deployed Soldier

So I’ve adopted soldiers for over 2 years now…i’ve got my 6th soldier today, and it’s wonderful lol…anyway the site is http://www.soldiersangels.com and eariler there were 261 soldiers who needed adopted today when I requested another soldier. There are 210 soldiers right now who are waiting to be adopted.

all you have to do is write your soldier once a week, or even just send cards and such….and one or two care packages a month..it’s that easy…and i know with the economy that most people can’t afford to send a lot, but you can go around to local business and ask for donations for the carepackages…or even get a group together who adopts one soldier…and if you are a teacher, it is a great class project, setting up carepackage drives and having the kids make pictures and write letters to send.

It really helps the troops having mail and knowing that people do care.

If you have a soldier in your family or friends who is deployed, you can submit them to be adopted as well.
