First One Down

The first one down is the hardest – the only one just as hard is the last one down – which is equally true in conflict or in writing entries. Or, as this diary’s namesake implies, if you’re in a coal mine, you don’t want to be the canary.

After a four year hiatus, it’s time to back to work. My writing skills are so rusty, though, that the first thing I need to do is re-learn how to type as fast as I think.

It might be easier to just get dictation software!
