structure
I have found some structure in my daily activities. First alarm at 1 hour before I have to be at work. Second alarm at 1/2 an hour before I have to be at work. Then, get up, make sandwiches and got to work. Then from 9 till 5.30 or from 9.30 till 6 work. After work take the tram to the students’ restaurant and have dinner. After dinner drink an espresso. Then read for one hour plus. Literature or Open Diary. While reading drink 1/2 a litre of flavoured water. Walk home from the student’s restaurant. Watch some DVD and eat some sandwiches (if I haven’t eaten all during the day). Go to bed.
For now it is working.
