Holiday – Very Pic Heavy!!

Arghhh I’m so lazy now I need to do a huge update lol.

 

I’m back from the US of A.  It was the most amazing trip ever.  I can’t even begin to try and think of how to describe it.

The plane ride over was horrendus!!  14 hours on a plane and we could NOT sleep.  I felt sick and I was tired and I just wanted to be there already!  I got off the plane feeling like I was going to hide in America forever just so I didn’t have to suffer through that again!

We got into Santa Monica in California first.  We had 4 nights there.  First thing we noticed is that it is sooo warm for 8AM.  We weren’t allowed to check into our hotel for a few hours so we dumped the bags and went and explored.  We found the beach and the pier.  It was all so pretty.

 

We went to Hollywood Blvd and did the walk of fame and saw all the stars and the wax museum.  We did Disneyland and all the rides.  Universal Studios and saw all the movie sets.  We got lost in downtown LA and Lara practically blew a gasket because she didn’t know where we were.  Since I get lost all the time even in Tasmania which only has like two fucking streets I was a little more chill LoL.

Jurrasic Park

In San Fransisco we did a bit of shopping, and we did a tour of the city and went to Alcatraz.. The island and old gaol.  Loved it.  Our hotel was a big old place and we got a free wine and cheese hour everyday.

Vegas was my favourite place besides Seaside Heights.  It was stinking hot.. Like 42 degrees celsius every day.  Our hotel had 6 bars, a club, a casino, a starbucks and numerous cafes and restaurants, a Fat Tuesday and over 170 shops in it….. OUR HOTEL!   I literally could’ve lived in there forever and never needed to go outside the building lol.  I felt the safest there, like I could walk around by myself and not feel in danger, yanno?  We went to the Grand Canyon too.  We flew down in a helicopter to the bottom of the canyon and took a boat ride at the bottom.  It was my first ever helicopter ride and I loved it.  It was nothing like flying in a place.  Lara shit herself lol she was so scared.

This is the rollercoaster on the top of New York New York that we went on.  And Lara once again nearly had a heart attack, she’s not really one for heights, I just dragged her lol.

New York was probably my least favourite place.  I wouldn’t go back there.  It was so busy.  It stank so bad.  Everyone was in a rush and it was impossible to walk in a straight line without having to weave through people.  You had to fight people for tables.  It just wasn’t my kind of town.  We did a stars and movie tour which was cool.  We spent a lot of time shopping.  We saw the Dash store that Kim and Kourtney opened, the Friends buildings etc.

And of coarse.  We rented a car and drove the NJ Turnpike to Seaside Heights JERSEY SHORE BITCHES!!!  I drove on the other side of the road with crazy ass New York drivers.   It was fucking hilarious and dodgy as hell.  In Tassie, to get to my house you have to drive 25 mins down a single road that only has like 1 opportunity to pass so you ALWAYS get stuck behind some tourist driving like 25 kms under the limit.  In New York.. Everyone drives like 15 miles over the speed limit, and I was the nanna driver haha.  That was my favourite day the entire holiday.  Lara says the same.  We spent the day road tripping in the sun.  We had no map or GPS, we were going from maccas to maccas to get WiFi on our phones to load maps and directions without turning data roaming on.  We had the beats blaring and then we get there and WE SEE THEM PACKING THEIR CARS!

We watch Situation and Ronnie packing their cars and JWOWW is there too.  Some of the locals that follow them around everywhere told us they were going on a weekend trip camping or something.  Snooki Sammi and Deena had already left and Vinny and Pauly were still inside.  We watch them go and take some photos of the house and then go to the boardwalk to find the shore store. 

 

We spend a good 45 mins in the store, I bought over $200 worth of stuff for me and for gifts because everyone was like OMFGJERSEYSHORESERIOUSLYGETMESOMETHING.  We’re walking down the boardwalk and then freakin Pauly and Vinny WALK PAST US!  They both look so much better in real life, twice the hotness I swear!!

They were filming so they had to act like there weren’t 50 groupies trying to mob them lol.  The locals just follow them up and down the boardwalk all day!

Aztez where Snooki got punched by the guy.  They’re in there filming if you can see.  We had lunch in there too.  Just cuz.

 

 

I love this town.  I wish we could’ve stayed there.  It was fucking hot as, right on the beach.  And there’s ripped topless guys walking around with surfboards everywhere!  Everyone is so nice.  Aztec is right on the pier and the rides.  We went on the huge one that spins around that they always have on the show.  It was so fun.

The town was so cute and quiant.  There were no traffic lights or any bs like that.
