I got a hole in my jeans ( new hair pics )

So i’m broke at the moment.  I’m not liking it.  I wasn’t until i purchased these;

Newww runners.  They were $239.  But i feel with the amount of running i’m doing a night, it’s definitely justified!  I walked straight into Hobart Sports Centre and picked those straight up.  The guy goes geez you have expensive taste.  Always been the same since I was a kid.  I always have a knack of picking up the most expensive one they make and setting my mind on it.  I don’t care.  They’re pretty.  And they’re RED.  Red shoes go faster haha.

But yes, that makes me officially broke until Thursday.  I put the rest of my money into my savings account.  I’m not really sure what i’m saving for.  Geard, Julie, Bren and I are planning a Melb weekend sometime this year so some of that would go towards shoppping I’m sure.  I think we’re waiting for a decent band to come down so we can do that.  Either that or a decent AFL game.  Bren and I go for Carlton.  Geard goes for West Coast (uh.. Yes i know :P) Julie hates the sport lol.

I’ve had a tonne of work the last few weeks.  I’m totally in the good books at the moment i’m loving it.  I had to start at 7 this morning which is wayy earlier than i’m used to.  It’s good though because I don’t have to deal with peak hour traffic and leaving so early trying to organise parking and what not.  However i do NOT like getting to work and watching the sun come up.  Plus the fog this morning was insane.  It was actually so so pretty.  The drive from my place into town consists of all paddocks and the fog was just sitting there it looked amazing!

I had the rudest customer yesterday.  We were trying to fix the computer and we were on the phone to IT and I was supposed to be on my lunch break.  There was a couple walking around the store trying on jumpers etc.  They were fine and we were busy so I didn’t bother them.  Most young couples like that get annoyed with you hanging around anyway. 

The husband walks over to me and goes, "Oh i’m SO sorry for disturbing you, I can see you’re really busy here and have stuff to do and I’m only here to buy clothes and I know that’s not what you’re here to do or anything, give customer service you know, but I was wondering if you can just pull yourself away for a second."  And rolls his eyes at me.  Um… What?!  The jackoff could’ve just asked!!! 

I was too tired to really be insulted, I actually fought back laughter that someone could be such a jerk just because I didn’t throw myself at his knees.  I amusedly asked, "Yes sir, what are you after?"  He mumbled something about wanting some pants and where were they.  I laughed (inside) because you can stand in the middle of that tiny store and see every single item in the store but anyway, went in to explaining where the pants were and started talking about the jeans, taking him over when he interrupts, ‘You know what, don’t bother, it’s too awkward i’ll do it myself."  he walked around the store bitching under his breath about bad service still and then slammed down the belt he wanted on the counter.  I scanned it up and put it though, I went to take his card to put the EFTPOS through, but he yanked his hand away and swiped it himself, the wrong way, I could’ve died laughing, I go "It’s actually around the other way sir" In the biggest cheerist, "you’re a dumbass" voice.  He told me not to put it in a bag because "he wasn’t fucking advertising" and stormed out, still bitching about service and people.  Haha.  People. 

I hate when i start 7AM shifts because I dont’ have time to have a full breakfast so i feel like i’m eating all day, plus im eating more because i’m up longer.  This morning i had my protein shake (a third milk, two thirds water, musashi protein powder and a raw egg) before I left at about quarter past six.  Before I was watching what i ate I used to go to maccas for breakfast on a 7AM shift (that was before the bet with Bren, we’re not allowed to eat maccas.  He’s just as stubborn as I, so I may be going a significant amount of time without McDonalds lol.)  After the bet I got a subway egg and bacon sub, but it’s just too many carbs and too fatty now.  I had corn thins and this 100% fruit bar as a snack at about 9AM.  Still not as satisfying but hey, I’d rather be thin!  I came home and had two eggs on multigrain bread.  I’ve actually got my carb count down of a day so I can eat bread yay!  Although so much protein in my day today with three eggs, protein shake and t bone for tea.  Ah well, i’m still jussst under my daily protein total. 

Although on a normal day i’ve got more carbs because for breakfast i have two weetbix soaked in water and warmed up with low fat yogurt on top and i chop up strawberrys on top of that.  Yummm.  I had to because I used to eat 4 weetbix for breakfast and it was just too many carbs.  I had to watch what I was eating for the rest of the day.  So i cut it down to half and added some yogurt and strawberries to fill me.

Okay enough of my rants I need to go for a run.  I’ve been taking it easy the last couple of days because I’ve got bad knees and ones been playing up the last few times i’ve ran.  They were real good for a while there but i’ve had to strap them now.  Can’t be too careful!
