July – the Month of letters

I’m stealing this from one of my favorites, una luna

I need something to look at, to think about, to remind me that there are people present in my life – I need to get outside of my head for a bit and see them. Depending on how these turn out, I *might* send some of them….Probably not for my own sanity.

“The challenge is to write an unsent letter a day for 30 days…very revealing… See, they aren’t “anonymous” letters, per-say…you can name the people and there are prompts for every day, which goes as follows…”

Day 1 — Your oldest friend

thank her, because I am stealing this too! Thank you for posting it or I wouldn’t have found it. 🙂 Also, I got a lovely message from one of the veterans via Myspace and it brought me to tears. Thank you for volunteering and being so thoughtful. I am glad I saw you on the front page that day and became a part of it.
