OD-pocalypse

 So I’ve been a little absent from OD lately.  Life has been crazy.  Its 2am and I have to be in my car in 4 hours going to the airport to go home.  I don’t care what anyone says right now, but Michigan is NOT home and New York is home.  Everyone can shut up.

Yah, I’ll explain that later.  After my suitcase is packed cause its TOTALLY not right now!

Anyways, I’m starting to read rumblings about the radio silence from the DM and admins here on the site.  Which makes me very very very scared.  I have a very tight curtain between my OD friends and my "RL" friends.  I say and write things here that I don’t want to get out into the mainstream.  This is where I vent, where I’m most honest and cruel and sad and the world just does not need that much honesty.  Not to mention that having RL friends on OD has blown up in my face more than once.  So I keep a strict separation line, with very little exception.

But with the radio silence from the DM and admins, I’m fearing another site blackout or crash or shutdown or who knows!  And I have some treasured friends here on OD I’d rather not lose!  So being the colossal dork that I am I created a FB account for my OD alter-ego.  Or maybe my "real" FB account is my alter-ego and this now OD account is the real me?  Okay too much philosophizing at this late hour.  But my point for all this randomness is this:  If you too are beginning to fear the OD-pocalypse and want to keep in contact, let me know. I’ve already sent out invites and notes to a few of my favorites, but if I missed you (or if you were a silent stalker back when I actually wrote more) let me know.  I would absolutely hate to lose contact with some of the awesome people I’ve met on here.

With a few of you, I’ve thought about lowering my RL/OD curtain but I’m really very terrified due to past events.  Its not you, its me.  But I still love you!

And I really need to return to packing NOW so I can go home and see my parents.  I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT IT THOUGH!!!!!!!!
