Alright, I’ve been lazy about updating, so I thought the least I could do was answer Shawn’s tag.

TEN Stress Relievers

1. Listening to music – Linkin Park, Everlast, Hoobastank, etc.
2. Hitting things or slamming doors to make a loud noise….Hitting pillows doesn’t work because there is no resounding CRASH
3. Occassionally a cigarette
4. Drinking
5. Talking to Megan
6. walking over to my old schoolyard and throwing rocks at the slide
7. Playing piano/ writing music
8. Long drives at night to nowhere
9. Writing poetry
10. In extreme cases – cutting, but not often

So I guess the next thing I do is tag 5 people. But I don’t wanna, so tag to the randomness of the world.

hehe, you did it…cool. =) I hope youre doing good. Youre previous entry was sad…I cant, no matter what I do, get my head around how suicide victims feel that it’s the ONLY option available.

I like your list, especially #2. Nothing ever feels more real and personal than when it’s being broken by our hands; exerting total and control power over something else is absolutely explosive. You keep hitting again and again until you can’t stand to hear the sound anymore. And it’s intoxicating, the chaos that comes with destruction…
