Presidential Cartoon Candidates

Which is your favrotie cartoon – Goofy or Elmer Fudd?

If you said Goofy, you’re voting for Kerry.
If you said Elmer Fudd, you’re voting for Bush.
If you said Mickey Mouse, you’re voting for Ross Perot, but in the wrong election.
I’m going to vote for Pinky and the Brain. They would be hysterical.

Gee, Brain. What are we going to do tomorrow night?
The same thing we do every night, Pinky. TRY TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD!

They would be a hit! Besides it is basically what the federal government is trying to do as it is. At least Brain admits to what he is doing!

I love how Kerry kept saying that he knew how to fix everything. That’s my biggest turnoff concerning ANYONE. Having a know-it-all big-head approach to the future. No one knows what is going to happen. For all Kerry knows, North Korea will launch the missles, they will hit the US and kill everyone within 1,000 miles of it or whatever. Talk and “I WILL NOT LET IT HAPPEN” speeches will make no difference. And of course Kerry’s going to say that he can do a better job than Bush. If he says Bush is doing a great job, why the hell should we elect him then?

But Elmer Fudd is really starting to worry me. He doesn’t seem very bright, or smart. He acted like a small child who stamps his foot and insists that he is right. I talk to the world leaders daily. I know how to do this job. I was waiting for him to say You’ve never been President. You don’t know what its like.

Stupid politicians. Think I’ll move to Canada. I’d move to Scotland, but I’m not a big fan of Tony Blair, for completely shallow reasons, but they are still my reasons. He took lottery money away from my family, money promised to us to help us rebuild the castle estate. Made me mad because we couldn’t fix a lot of things that were wrong at Dunvegan. Stupid….

Ok – I’m sick of the political debates and squabbeling. I think the only reason I really got into all this is the fact that Mike is going out on a Marine ship. I want to know that the President is doing everything in his power to keep him safe. I just don’t feel that Bush is doing what he must to keep the troops safe and what is best for America. But I’m not convinced Kerry would do any better. One point going for Kerry – he was in combat in Vietnam and he doesn’t want to turn this into another Vietnam. I just don’t know that he has the power to do that.

La la la – ok new topic. Nothing else is new! Going to lunch with Kaba since she’s going out with Becky this afternoon. Maybe I’ll see if Becky can drop Kaba off here. Loren called last night while I was watching the debates, but I didn’t check my phone until this morning. Maybe she will come over too, but I want to do some more work on the rooms and I don’t want to deal with someone who doesn’t want to help. Besides, I don’t have my cable hooked up yet. So I’ve been watching TV on the crappy porch TV. I should just bite the bullet and drill a hole through the wall. I was going to do it last night, but Dad was home. I’d rather do it when he and Mom aren’t around. I want a mattress for that room too. Dad asked me if I was going to be around to help Mom “straighten out” the house this weekend. Kinda made me mad. Now I want to dissappear for the weekend just to spite him. But I have a lot of things I want to do this weekend at home. Finish cleaning things. So I’ll have to deal with them being around.

Ok back to work. Ugh.

Pinky
Gee, Brain, what do you want to do tonight?

Brain
The same thing we do every night, Pinky…Try to take over the world!

They’re Pinky and The Brain,
Yes, Pinky and The Brain,
One is a genius; the other’s insane.
They’re laboratory mice.
Their genes have been spliced.
They’re dinky; they’re Pinky and The Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain.

They’re Pinky and The Brain,
They’re Pinky and The Brain,
One is a genius; the other’s insane.
To prove their mousey worth,
They’ll overthrow the earth.
They’re dinky; they’re Pinky and The Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain, Brain.

ryn: no offence taken. However, you assumed i’ve never been close to the edge.. i have i think the vast majority of people in the world have. but the funny thing about the edge, is you can always tak step back away, even if you fall on your ass… the thing is, things change, even ones own perspective. the hard part is the chosing to stay, not the chosing to leave.
