Just Like A Pill ~ Pink
This song describes very much how I often feel. Pink has a great voice that scratches but can soar above and hit the higher octaves. Her lower octave sounds seductive and dark. This is an artist who is exploring her own style and doing what she wants. This song talks about being trapped and trying to escape. It is to some extent a little shallow but if you look deeper than some girl singing about not being able to get over a guy, there is a meaning there. The driving beat makes me want to run and clean and do something besides sit around listen to music.
