S (for short)

I have been keeping in contact with a Belly Dancing Teacher in Atlanta named S (for short) She is the one who invited me to the Belly Dancing Party on November 4th. I am so excited I can barely control myself! I get to take me camera too and that should be fun.

I decided that my photography will be a paid hobby for now. There are a TON of photographers in this area and with all my health concerns I need to really limit the amount I do. I may try to see if I can apprentice with one a day or two a month so I can learn more.

I still have to take my camera to get it fixed. The camera part still works, it is just the display after you take the photo that doesn’t work, plus it needs a really good cleaning. I found a place in Duluth that can give me a free estimate so that is really good.

My FIL is really being a PITA today. I wonder what kind of bee went up his — never mind…..

Please keep my parents in your thoughts and prayers. Dad is NOT doing well. They kicked him out of cardio rehab because his hemoglobin dropped below 9. He had to go back to the hospital for another blood transfusion. He is home now but all he does is sit on the sofa or chair and watch those Judge Shows or Cops and falls asleep. I am so worried.

Colors are starting to change up here…. it has been 10 years since I saw a change in season. I hope I get to see snow this year at least a good 6 inches or more.

No word yet from SSI Disability on how my doc appt went. Neither have I heard from the attorney. I called them and left a couple of messages. I guess they will call me when they know something.

I lost a small red box that is shiny. I have looked everywhere I can think of to find it. It contains my belly rings, About 4 of them. *sigh* Oh well.

There is nothing much else going on around here. FIL is cooking flounder for supper and I think we will have a fire in the fire place. It gets cold up here on the mountain! Oh and why doesn’t Wal-Mart carry any coats for women??? They have kids and men and only vests for women. I guess I have to have Kal take me to Ross or TJ Max. Maybe they have something there. I want a long wool coat in red or cream that buttons up and is LONG and it will have to cover my big butt. LOL

Well I am off. I have to update my Money program with the bills I paid and the shopping we did today.
