Entry 1 from MySpace the 19th

This was going to be a MySpace bulletin but it got too long so now it is an entry.

I just wanted to let you all know that I am alive still.

We have not received our money from the other guys insurance for our totaled car yet. They have 6 days to get me a check. I am getting the insurance commissioner involved in this as well as our attorney.

I am in PT as some of you know – and I have started to try to learn Belly Dance,. Since most of the exercises on disk one of the Dolphina Goddess workouts are exactly what my PT person prescribed for me to do at home. This is something I decided to do for ME. I even started to work on my practice outfit. 🙂 And hopefully I will loose some of this excess baggage along the way. I already gave up regular coke classic for diet soda can you believe it? (I like diet Pepsi Max – me the die hard coke drinker going for a Pepsi product) or Fresca and LOTS AND LOTS of water. Our water is like spring water. Heck there is a spring just a few feet off our property line so I guess you could say we do have spring water.

I have my doctor appointment for SSI on October 3rd so Autumn and I are flying down to Daytona on the 1st and leaving on that Sunday. Wish me luck.

I have started to see a counselor up here and we have only done one intake session so far. She did tell me I was high risk, what ever that means. I go again on Friday. Transportation has been a pain in the ass since we only have my FIL’s car. I set up my PT for this week and next but Lumpkin County only has two dial a ride busses and one is out of commission while the driver gets cataract surgery then next week the other driver is off and they are booked solid so they cannot take me to PT.. I called the Doctor’s office and the PT office to let them know I had no way to get there. No call from the PT office but I did get a call back from the Doc’s assistant and she said don’t sweat it – just do the home exercises until I can get to the appointments.

Which brings me to my next mental health visit on Friday; I would have had to take the bus but Kal has to have a procedure done on Thursday (I get to be his driver for that) and he is working from home on Friday so I can take the car to my appointment.

Now for my positives for today:
Autumn is behaving really well so far today and using the potty every time.
I made my bed and got up at 7:30am today
God is in control and all is in Devine order.
