omg Hertz rental car — after Alehandro kept telling me they were going to keep the account open… CLOSED it last night and now my checking account is almost -1000. OMG OMG

I called the main Hertz billing office and they gave me the run around. I told them I would pay but I can’t this week… they said they would let me speak to a supervisor and transferred me to Alehandro. OMG he said I needed to speak to so and so and they would call me when they got back from lunch… that was at 3pm.

I called the billing office again and asked for her supervisor and waited on hold again for 10 minutes then her supervisor wouldn’t help me so I asked for her supervisor – she said he left for the day. She gave me a number in Atlanta for the “City Manager” named Antonia and when I called her she said she was NOT the city manager – she just worked at the airport rental office. she gave me her manager’s number and transferred me and I got his voice mail.

I then called the Hertz customer service number. Same thing. They gave me the name of the district manager Frank so and so but his secretary said he was travelling that day. SO I asked for the number for the President of the company.

I talked to him. — HE is a hard ass who even though I have a 3 year old who will be hurt by HIS company’s action would not help me either. BUT I did go to the president of the company…..

So the fee is pending — I am praying it gets rejected. I will pay the NSF fee. Then I will pay the $35 to put a effin stop payment on it.

They want to play hard ball with me— I will play it right back.

Hertz needs to change its name to HURTZ.

Off to return the rental from enterprize — it will go on my credit card.
