Murphy’s Law Part Tres (or three in English)

Ok – well you know things always hit in threes right?

Today had better be the LAST thing for a while that is all I have to say about things…

My computer freaked out. I could not send email, could not use Word, could not print, and none of my graphics programs would work.

I had to do it…

I had to reformat drive C.

I just now have some of my programs reinstalled and can send email again. OMG when I loaded my backup Outlook .pst (inbox, saved email and contact list) it only loaded items up to Tuesday – and nothing from Wednesday forward and I had just backed it up three times yesterday and today. I was so freaking out because I had an email from a person inquiring about me photographing a wedding for him in April. I imported the file again and thank the powers that be, everything showed up this time! YEA!!!!! I was able to send off the email I tried to send him yesterday. I hope to goodness he gets back in touch with me.

Don’t worry to those I did photos for – they were stored safely on my OTHER hard drive and will be archived in two additional places for safe keeping.

I have about 10 more programs that I have to install – then I will be able to get back to work on editing photos.

My office space is a worse disaster than Wednesday – I have computer disks piled everywhere!

I will take this time to also ORGANIZE myself. HA HA.

Ok hopefully this is the LAST thing to happen for a while.

Now back to our regular scheduled program.
