Doctor appointment **EDIT**

Well – I am still sore all over and my hands are TORE up. Litterally. I will try to NEVER ever do that again. LOL

I have my neurologist appointment today at 9:15 or is it 9:30? They called to remind me of my appointment on Friday. They think I can remember it over the weekend. Right. LOL

I hope they can provide me with more samples of Relpax (the migraine meds they have been giving me) and Keppra. I cannot afford to get scripts filled of them – they are not on my insurance’s acceptable scripts – so they are SUPER expensive… If he cannot get me any of that brand – maybe they will give me samples of something comprable.

I am waiting to take my lortab and soma until I come home. After I take them – I have about 10 -20 minutes when I am a little light headed and I do not want to drive when I take them. So I will take them when I come home.

I can sure tell a difference in my range of movement and how sore I am when I forget to take them this weekends over doing aside. I will write more about my pond this afternoon. I need to finish getting Autumn ready to go – I have no one to watch her while I am at the doctor so she goes with me. 🙂

We have to leave in about 15 minutes.

Oh before I forget – we are all starting back on the South Beach Diet today… I will update my ticker with the correct weight this afternoon as well… I hate to see how much I have gained since we kinda let it slide…………

I am back – that was one quick visit – usually he takes more time than that. I got my weight – 225 – not as bad as I originally thought –

He is still concerned that the headaches have gotten worse – sometimes 2 a week. He upped my keppra. I currently take 1/4 of a 500mg tablet (or 125mg) a day – for the next week I will be taking 1/4 tablet twice a day then proceding to half a tablet twice a day. so I will be taking one whole tablet a day.

They gave me some samples… I have 21 keppra tabs – and only 2 migraine tabs… Gah – My next appointment with them is not until December 16th. I will be calling them next week to have them hold samples for me. I cannot afford to fill actual prescriptions – and the doctor knows it. His nurse kinda got p*ssy with me when she handed me the samples… Like I was really putting her out by having the doctor give me samples. I asked her if I should call next week about getting more and she was like THAT IS ALL WE HAVE – AND WE WON’T HAVE ANY MORE FOR OVER A WEEK. Excuse me? There is not reason to kinda yell at me. Sheesh.

So I am home now… Trying to think what I can eat for lunch and what I have I can fix for Autumn.
