  28. Well here it is, almost Wednesday and I have not gotten crap done on my list.

I am still very tired and feeling like I have had the air taken out of my sails. Autumn still is not sleeping very well, although we did take a 2 hour nap together yesterday from 2 to 4. I actually felt worse when I got up than I did before I laid down.

I had a wonderful lunch with UnexpectedBlessings yesterday as well. It is always nice when we get together. We need to do it more often.

Kal and I have to make a trip to Jacksonville on Friday for a personal matter. Only a few of my favorites know why. Autumn will be staying with my sister for a few hours while we do what we have to get done up there. My sister wants us to drop her off at the school (she is a teacher) as they only have a half day and she will take Autumn to her house after that.

I posted in a private entry before this one about my online photo gallery and forums. If you are interested in the info but are not on my faves list, please leave me a note. I am still in learning and testing phase since I do not know php and have had to delete everything once and start all over. I don’t think I have to do that again, thank goodness.

Once I get this all hunky-dory I will work on getting the blog stuff to work. Don’t worry, I won’t be leaving OD. I can’t. I am hopelessly addicted and besides, I am paid up until February! No, you guys ain’t gettin’ rid of me that easily. LMAO

Basically, we have this website that we had not been utilizing except for storage of photos I have been posting here. So we decided to use the space since we are paying for it. We even upgraded to the next plan. I love my hosting company. They are super nice and help me out when ever I have a question.

    Um let’s see… what esle.

Nope, I still have not found that missing diamond from my ring guard. It is really a small one so I doubt I will ever find it. I will have to wait until after Christmas to get it repaired though. I have a young-en to buy for now. She comes first.

Well that is about all I have to talk about at the moment. I need to go to bed soon though. I have a busy day tomorrow if Babsie remembers our get walking get together.

    TTFN

    **EDIT**
Babsie cannot make it tomorrow. I guess I may be able to get some things on my list done. Cross off the walking…. LOL

Have you ever tried Vitamin B supplements to help with the exhaustion from the fibro? B6 and B12 specifically. I think both the women I know with Fibro take B supplements.

I find that the B supplements ramp up my energy level a LOT. Just be sure to take the B12 no later than about noon if you’re going to want to sleep at night. My doc also said that taking B supplements can help you get deeper sleep. I can feel the difference if I neglect taking them for a few days. It was a friend with Fibro who recommended them to me, actually. I take 1000 mcg B12/100 mg B6

ryn: Sorry, ran off to take a bath or I’d have responded before. For me it takes about a day or two for them to start kicking in. Since your energy level is a bit more ‘compromised’ than mine (probably, though who knows with how I’ve been feeling lately) it may take a bit longer.
