paddy mccourt (“the derry pele”) came on for the last 12 or so minutes and was given the captain’s armband – last time we see paddy in the hoopz ah’m thinking! nice touch….. but poignant!

dortmund had 110,000 applicants for their european cup final allocation! there is a web site for hard core celtic followers and one of it’s members is DORTMUND BHOY a german celtic fan who regularly attends paradise and has on many occasions put up celtic fans in jerrmanny for various reasons.

he missed out on a ticket

a well to do member of the celticminded.org site saw 2 x tickets on e-bay for £700.00 – he bought them then set up a pay pal account and asked his fellow tims to give £10 a head to send dortmund bhoy to the ball…..

needless to say dortmund bhoy & his misses went to the champions’ league final* and the EXTRA THOUSAND POUND COLLECTED WENT TO A CANCER CHARITY…..!
