Titleless tonight
I’m just not feeling very creative tonight regarding a title. You see, I have walking pneumonia, and I’m not feeling too spiffy. At this writing, I’m feeling way better than I have the last several days, and certainly better than I was this morning, and here I am. How did I get this way? Who knows…probably from no adequate rest, probably from kissing clients, probably from not taking good care of myself. But I’ve made a pact with myself that as soon as I am feeling better, I promise to take better care of myself. Pinky promise.
How’s life? Life is pretty good I suppose. Not too much to report on the family front….day in, day out…kids are doing great. Sean turns six years old next Friday. So so hard to believe when it seems like yesterday I posted here to you folks that he was born and coming home to us. He can be the most mannerful and thoughtful child and at the same time tell me he hates me. Do kids grow out of this spiteful stage? Tell me they do.
Connor is talking talking talking and from the time he wakes til he passes out he talks. Love it actually….its so cool and rewarding to know that everything I am teaching him is soaking in. He turns 2 in Feb. He can count to five in Spanish which makes my mom smile with joy. He likes to say Walmart, Target, Bojangles (chicken place) and it just goes on and on.
Professionally? Had a great week last week. I mean totally awesome financially and saw 2 new clients I think. I hope they are return clients…they walked away smiling…so…hehehee. Nothing scheduled for this week but that always changes by the moment.
Charles didnt meet me this weekend in Myrtle Beach. He broke his leg in Germany and couldnt fly out. I got an email from the Army nurse but havent heard from him yet. Totally sucks since I had everything planned out perfectly to see him….then again I guess in one way it was good because of my illness I have been totally physically wiped out in bed (literally and figuratively). I just hope he is ok and I hear from him soon. I wonder if they’d just discharge him from Iraq for a broken leg? Anyone know?
Well, there’s your quick update, I think Im going to lay back down now. Hope you all are doing ok and Ill catch up on your diaries when i can.
Puppies are cute. I’m just…me. Are you trying to drum up new business?

Lucky you. I just got ripped off $600 tonight. I’m heartbroken…It was my bill money and out of the kindness of my heart I loaned it to her so she could pay her rent and in return she was going to pay me back tonight from 2 calls. *sigh* That’s so cute about Connor. HeHe! Hope you feel better.

RYN: I think the itinerary Rosebud has for us is so packed, I’d have trouble getting to NJ, let alone NC, sadly! I will however find the highest point of NYC and wave at you from it xxx

RYN(s): Sometimes I can’t believe it myself and….don’t ever sell yourself short. Just be happy.
