You’re missing out on this.

Tonight I returned my last pre-streets to Hollywood video (Matchstick Men, which I didn’t get to see, and Spy Kids 3-D, which I did).

I went to the backroom and saw all my pictures hanging on the wall. (There’s a picture wall, ya see.) And mine really has it’s own section of the wall, because I guess it was too big to move when they moved it (when the new management came in).

So, I took down every picture and congratulations from Hollywood video (only 3 of those) and left up one picture, sitting right next to a bubbled, cartoon-y version of “Jon”.

It was of me running around the inside of Hollywood video, with my arms out, going around a turn, and I took it myself.

I look weird. And. (I look like I meant something.)

I was looking up in the picture. Maybe that means something to me.

As I left, Moriah was checking the box outside and I pulled up my car and started “Maps” by the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s.

(She likes that song apparently.)

And I proceeded to jam out in the parking lot at 12 in the morning while she stacked videos in the cold.

[EDITOR’S NOTE: I’m growing my hair longer for the first time in 3 years, so it was cool to head bang.]

It was one of the greatest music-jamming-out moments I’ve Ever Had.

(I wish you could have been there, truly. And I missed you dearly.)

(But at least you got to read about it.)

P.S. Fiona Apple will always rock my house.
