    5×5 @ 140 lbs (+5 lbs)

    Pull-ups:
    5, 5, 3
    5, 5 @ BW

    sleep: not enough
    nutrition: enough, but not healthy
    mood: good, actually

Squats are starting to feel more natural again. Getting my breathing down. Bench went smoothly as well.

I’m remembering why I love long rest periods. It gives me plenty of time to think about all the random shit that’s constantly going through my head. Short rest periods I have no time to relax.

I’m drinking lemonade from a goblet like it’s fine wine. I’m such an ostentatious bastard; I’m so glad I bought all those new glasses. So ostentatious, I WILL FIND AN EXCUSE FOR THE ELUSIVE SEMI-COLON.
