    5 @ 95, 135, 185, 235 lbs

    BB Shoulder Press:
    5 @ 45, 75 lbs
    4 @ 95 lbs

    Front Squat:
    5, 5, @ 95 lbs

    DB Incline Press:
    7, 7 @ 45 lbs

    Face Pull:
    10, 10 @ 90 lbs

    sleep: fantastic for the week, but short the past two nights
    nutrition: Two heavy drinking sessions this week probably didn’t help.
    mood: pretty good

Just trying to get in one session this week. Was busy on Monday. Wednesday, I followed the anti-rule* of socializing over lifting. As I always say, I hate lifting in the summer.

*When you’re first starting to create a positive habit, you feel terrible if you “skip” a workout. Back in 2005, I once told a friend I couldn’t hang out because I was going to the gym. I promptly decided this was bullshit, and now will skip most workouts if I’m having an awesome time with friends. I lift to keep myself healthy and enjoy the rest of my life, not so it overtakes my life and becomes unenjoyable.

Everquest can be an addiction. Lifting is still something I have to MAKE myself do.
