Restaurant Review: Don José
Dropped by Erik and Liz’s. We were debating where to eat. On the way to somewhere else, we were reminded that a new place openned across the street from where El Coyote used to be. Little place called Don Jose, which openned where Joseph’s used to be.
Decore: Small, but I really liked it. Liz thought it was really campy, but I liked the streamers along the ceiling. I pointed out that El Coyote had christmas lights all year long. Lots of light. At first glance, the menus looked like stone tablets.
Nachos: I’ll go to a place simply if their complementary nachos are good. The salsa was spicy and heavy on the cilantro. Very good combination. I’ve had a weakness for cilantro ever since Paige would make homemade salsa. I was quite appetized by the time we polished it off.
Portion Size: So, I had a good feeling from the restaurant. Nachos were good, and I was hungry. Prices were also reasonable, which lead us wondering just how much food we’d get. Plates were full, and looked delicious.
Flavor: I should have asked for black beans rather than refried, but whatever. It was far more mexican than texmex, so to speak. I even spotted a couple jalapenos in the chimichanga. It was clearly whole chicken pieces. Juicy. Rice was fantastic.
We had a short discussion on the difference between service and food. Now, the service here was fine. But, I would totally go somewhere if the food was great and the service was lousy. But if the food is lousy and the service is great, I’d probably not bother.
In short, a very, very positive experience. We like getting our money’s worth, and we were surprised at how small the bill was for three people. In addition to the aesthetics, I’d love to come back sometime.
its not 4 weeks p90x is actually 90 days and its not just a 90day sulution man you dont have to do it just once, you do it over and over and add the other workouts and mix and match after you do it the first time. My thought for you is if your spending this much time working out but having the same problem i and many others do by not getting far with it, then why not try something different?

something that is proven to work and it works fantastic too, i myself am living proof (go to my OD and go back 3 enteries i think) i didnt mean to come off rude or mean or anything, but of course you want changes and of course you want the ripp-ish look if you could have it right? well you can and it isnt as hard as you might think, i mean you’ve already spent 6 years, whats trying something for

90 days? in those 90 days you’ll get better results then you have in the last 6 years. All i am saying is if your going to put this much effort into something as you clearly are, shouldnt you be doing it right and correctly to get the results you are going for? just a thought man, its your choice of course, but i think its something you should look into, i think you’d be surprized

well best of luck to you, if you do ever change your mind let me know and i can answer any questions you may have. did you go back and look at my before and after pics? i dropped 30lbs in 60 days and it wasn’t by starving myself, i was eating 2500 to 3000 cals a day and only working out for an hour a day. Again best of luck to you, i will continue to look in on you from time to time.
