Got out of work last night at 10 PM. Felt really tired, yet still stayed up late anyway.

Considered doing barbell inclines instead of push-ups. Decided to stay with the damned program. It’s funny, I can knock out 20 push-ups first thing in the morning. But in this routine, doing t-push-ups was really taxing.

Had to switch the second and third pairing because both lat pulls were being used. It happens. Lower body russian twists are fun, I haven’t done them since the last time I did this routine. Split squats with overhead presses are just sadistic. First leg is always easier than the second leg in terms of coordination.

Eating eggs, due to go bowling with some friends in a little bit.
