Snatch-grip Deadlift:
12 @ 135 lbs
2×12 @ 155 lbs
BB Incline Press:
12 @ 95 lbs
5, 5 @ 115 lbs
Face Pull:
12 @ 60 lbs
2×12 @ 80 lbs

nutrition: Modest. I got veggies, at least!
mood: Relaxed.
This was my idea of a light workout. Or, at the very least, reduced volume workout. Tested out snatch-grip deads, as I haven’t done them since.. I think the last time I did Fat Loss II. The weight I used for the 12-rep portion was 155 lbs. Felt terrific. Wouldn’t be surprised if I bump that up.
It’s clear to me that while PLP is a great idea, it’s interferring with my motivation. Sure, my recovery is fine, but it’s harder focusing on the three days I go to the gym when I’m also thinking about trying to do bodyweight stuff seven days a week. I would still like to do some pull-ups at home to maintain my pull-up strength.
Work aside, I’ll rest over the weekend.
I don’t think so, but I think I am getting used to the regular sexing, so I feel more comfortable with something slightly longer. And it allows for more movement….
