Wide-grip Lat Pull:
15, 14, 7 @ 96 lbs (+12 lbs)

Romanian Deadlift:
3×15 @ 125 lbs
Plank:
3x30s @ BW
Metabolic Overdrive: 3 rounds on elliptical (1 minutes hard, 2 minutes recovery)
sleep: Good.
nutrition: Good.
mood: Good.
Masochistically bumped deads to 185. That definitely got my heart racing. It turned into a speed deadlift on the way up, and a significantly slower controlled descent.
Lats/shoulder felt.. I don’t know, that lat pull station has always felt weird on my shoulders. But, it’s the easiest one to set up the pairing…
Nearly passed out going into the last pairing.
Dropping rep range and rest periods next workout.
So cutting your hair didn’t make you like Samson huh?
