Power Clean
5 @ 45 lbs, 3 @ 95 lbs
3, 3, 2*, 2, 2 @ 135 lbs (+10 lbs)
Chin-ups
8, 7, 5 @ BW
difficulty: hard
If I decided to make a Very Hard rating, this would fit into it. I thought I gave myself enough time to sleep, but I guess I was wrong. Exhausted when I got up, dragged myself to the gym. Felt better through my warm-ups, but I could tell my focus was off. Last rep of first set of squats was ugly.
Power cleans beat the crap out of me. Third set, missed the catch for the third rep. Started feeling mildly pukey, though thankfully that never came to be.
Weekends aren’t days of rest for me. I should feel better on Wednesday.
